33Fifty is a leadership programme for young Commonwealth leaders aged between 18 and 25.

33Fifty aims to develop young leaders to bring people together, reconcile differences, lead change and use the Commonwealth’s networks effectively.

33Fifty ran between 17 and 20 July 2014, as part of the Legacy 2014 National Programmes of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. We aim to run 33Fifty prior to each Commonwealth Games and are working to bring 33Fifty to the 2018 Commonwealth Games on Australia’s Gold Coast.

33Fifty is delivered by Common Purpose in partnership with the Royal Commonwealth Society.

“We all know sport has the power to change lives. 33Fifty will do this by embracing the size and scope of the Games and giving 100 young people the learning experience of a lifetime."

Minister for Commomwealth Games and Sport, Scottish Government
